Hounds at Home is run by husband and wife team, Ian & Nicky

We’re an experienced, easy-going, dog-loving couple who’ve spent a lifetime sharing our home with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Based in Gosport, just moments from the scenic Stokes Bay, we’re lucky to have some of the area’s best walking spots right on our doorstep—perfect for exercise, fresh air, and happy playtime.

As lifelong dog owners, we understand how important it is to find someone who will care for your dog with the same love and attention you give them at home. We've never felt comfortable leaving our own dogs in environments where they might miss out on affection, comfort, or meaningful human connection.

That’s why we created Hounds at Home, a place where your dog becomes part of our family. We provide a calm, nurturing, home-from-home environment where every guest receives 24/7 personalised care, companionship, and plenty of cuddles while you're away.

🚪 Two-door access system to the rear garden, for enhanced safety and control.

🌿 Fully enclosed rear garden, a secure, private space for dogs to play, relax, and explore freely.

🏷️ Hounds at Home ID tag, provided and worn by your dog during their stay for easy identification.

👀 24/7 supervision – your dog is never left unattended.

✅ DBS certified, both team members hold up-to-date Disclosure and Barring Service certificates.
